Turnaround Time and Hard Deadlines

Here are our current turnaround options:

• [FREE] 15 Business Day Standard Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit

• [FASTER] 10 Business Day Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit (+$100/design)

• Currently Sold Out [FASTEST] 7 Business Day Turnaround + FREE UPS Ground Transit (+$150/design)

For our Free Standard Turnaround option, this means that your order will ship out 15 business days (approx 3 weeks) after you've ordered (paid for) AND approved your proofs.

Orders then ship via UPS Ground, with transit time being anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on your shipping address's proximity to our print facility located in Southern California.

1) If you are placing an order by yourself directly through our website's pre-existing package deals or product catalog links, you will pay for the order first. After you place your order, your design will then enter our proofing process. Typically we will need 2-3 business days* after you've paid for the order to provide you with a print-ready proof. From there, you can review and approve your proof OR request changes. If you request any changes, we will need 1-2 business days to send you an updated proof.

*You may expedite the proofing process from 2-3 business days to 1 business day paying a $9.99 fee at checkout.

For our free standard option, your order will then ship out 15 business days after you approve your final proof for production.

2) You may request to see a proof before paying for your order by emailing help@ultrapress.com. Please note that this ordering method may take longer, since we prioritize proofs for paid orders first (Method 1). Once you've received your proof and would like to make a purchase, we will send you a special customized order link (with your proofs embedded), where you can enter your sizes and checkout. Using this method, you will approve your pre-made proofs and pay for your order in the same transaction.

For our free standard option, your order will then ship out 15 business days after you pay using your special order link, since proofing already occurred upfront.

Please keep in mind that turnaround time doesn't start until both the order is paid for and proof is approved for production, so budget additional time.

If you have a specific hard deadline, please email help@ultrapress.com with your order number and hard deadline date. Even if there's ample time remaining before your deadline, we still highly recommend you let us know as soon as possible.

• We'll check your order's selected turnaround to confirm expected in-hands date.

• If upgrading turnaround speed and/or expedited UPS shipping is required to meet your hard deadline, we will provide quotes over email and send an additional invoice if you wish to proceed.

  • Upgraded options are not always available and depends on our production capacity and which stage of your order you reach out to us.

• If your hard deadline date is not possible, we will let you know and provide order cancellation options.
