Turnaround Time

In most cases, you can expect to receive your order in hands within 10-15 business days after you place your order (paid for) AND you've approved your proof. However, this standard turnaround time window is not guaranteed:

• During busy seasons this turnaround time may slip without prior warning.

• Garment stock issues that arise after final proof approval may cause your order to be delayed. We will notify you in these rare instances.

• See below for more info regarding hard deadlines.

1) If you are placing an order by yourself directly through our website's pre-existing package deals or product catalog links, you will pay for the order first. After you place your order, your design will then enter our proofing process. Typically we will need 48-72 business hours* after you've paid for the order to provide you with a print-ready proof. From there, you can review and approve your proof OR request changes. If you request any changes, we will need 24-48 business hours to send you an updated proof.

*You may expedite the proofing process from 48-72 business hours to 24 business hours by paying a $9.99 fee at checkout.

The 10-15 business day turnaround window then starts after you approve your final proof for production.

2) You may request to see a proof before paying for your order by emailing help@ultrapress.com. Please note that this ordering method may take longer, since we prioritize proofs for paid orders first (Method 1). Once you've received your proof and would like to make a purchase, we will send you a special customized order link (with your proofs embedded), where you can enter your sizes and checkout. Using this method, you will approve your pre-made proofs and pay for your order in the same transaction.

The 10-15 business day turnaround then starts after you pay using your special order link, since proofing already occurred upfront.

Please keep in mind that turnaround time doesn't start until both the order is paid for and proof is approved for production, so budget additional time.

If you have a hard deadline that falls within or after our 10-15 business day window, please e-mail help@ultrapress.com after your order is paid and proofs approved. Please provide your order number and hard deadline date, and we will confirm with you.
