Garment Defects Policy

We try our best to catch garment defects before printing your order but it's impossible to catch every defect. If you receive an order and some of the garments have small defects such as holes or discoloration, please e-mail help@ultrapress.com with photos and exact size and quantity of the defects.

For the pieces with small defects you will be issued a refund. We do not provide make up prints. All issues must be reported within 14 business days of receipt of your order in order to be eligible for a refund.
