Order Cancellation

Placing an order on our website is risk-free with a 100% refund, but only if you cancel before final proof approval.

Cancellation requests must be made via e-mail, sent to help@ultrapress.com. Please include your order number.

If you cancel after you approve your final details, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of your total order amount (we will only refund 80% of what you paid).

If you would like to change your order details in any way after final proof approval, you would need to cancel your order and start a new one.

Note: if we do not hear back from you via email within 14 business days after sending your order proofs for you to review and approve, we reserve the right to cancel your order minus 5% for credit card processing fees and other costs.
