Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Edited

Due to the custom nature of screenprinted apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed.

Each order is produced specifically for the customer based on the final approved proof. Because of this, all sales are final after proof approval.

Cancellations Before Proof Approval
You may cancel your order for a full refund before your final proof is approved.
To request a cancellation, please email help@ultrapress.com and include your order number.

Cancellations After Proof Approval
Once your final proof is approved, your order is sent into our production process and can no longer be canceled, changed, refunded, or converted to store credit.

We are not able to guarantee that an order can be stopped after approval, even if it has not yet been printed. Approved orders move through multiple production stages quickly, and attempting to pause or reverse an order after approval can create delays, errors, and production issues.

For this reason, please review your proof carefully before approving. Approval confirms that your order details, artwork, garment selections, print locations, sizing, spelling, colors, and quantities are correct and ready for production.

Order Issues After Delivery
If you believe UltraPress made a production error, please email help@ultrapress.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

If we determine that the issue was caused by an UltraPress error, we will make it right. This may include a reprint, replacement, repair, or another resolution at our discretion.

If the order was produced according to the approved proof, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, refund, cancellation, or store credit.

After 14 business days from delivery, the order will be considered complete and accepted, and no further resolution will be available.

Minor print, placement, garment, and ink color variations may occur during the screenprinting process and are not considered defects when the order matches the approved proof.
